You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
During periods of high demand (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FaceFrame Labs, Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Carrier Delays
Once a package leaves our fulfillment facility, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@faceframelabs.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
