I’m usually the person who reads every supplement label, so I ended up looking up a few of the ingredients before I started. Strontium was new to me, and I also read more about K2 and boron. I like that the AM and PM formulas are actually different instead of just being the same thing split into two bottles.

I am in the middle of my second bottle. I feel like I may be experiencing a little bit of fullness under my eyes and I also feel like I sleep better but it’s still early so I can’t hundred percent say for sure, if any more results will show.

The full ingredient split makes sense to me

What I like is not one single ingredient as much as the way the formulas are separated. The AM capsule has D3, K2, minerals and resveratrol, while the PM capsule brings in strontium, glycine and L-proline. I like seeing a clear difference between the two. I like the ingredient choices, although I still want more time with the product before I would call the overall experience a full five stars.

I have seen vitamin D, magnesium and zinc in lots of supplements. Strontium citrate, glycine, L-proline and silica in an evening capsule was much less familiar to me. I like that the nighttime formula has its own identity.
