"My husband noticed before I said anything"
I was honestly skeptical for the first month. Nothing dramatic, just kept taking it. Somewhere around week 7 my husband said my face looked less tired and asked if I'd been sleeping better. I hadn't changed anything else. The area under my cheekbones just looks a bit fuller to me now. I'm on my third month and not stopping.

I work in physical therapy so I looked up the ingredients before buying. The AM formula has MK-7 and magnesium bisglycinate, both well researched. What really caught my attention was strontium citrate in the PM — that's not something you see in mainstream supplements and there's decent clinical literature on it. Nothing sketchy in the formula overall. Two months in and I can't say I see dramatic changes but my skin does look less drawn around the temples. Giving it the full three months before I decide. Four stars for now, might update.
"First thing in years that actually makes sense to me"
I've wasted so much money on creams that promise everything and do nothing. What got me here was reading about bone resorption and how that's part of why faces change with age. That clicked for me. Eight weeks in and the hollowing around my eye area looks better. Not gone, but noticeably better. I take the AM one with coffee and PM before bed. Pretty easy routine to stick to.

Honestly I sat on this for two weeks before ordering. $64 felt like a lot for something I'd never heard of.
